A referencing system was introduced when this account was opened whereby any deposit that is made must contain a reference number before the bank will accept the deposit. It’s to start with SA and must be followed by your broker number.
Over the Counter Bank Deposits
When depositing monies into our account please ensure that the deposit slip is completed correctly and accurately ensuring that your broker reference number is correctly recorded in the reference number field. Please also complete the details of the depositor section on the bank deposit slip.
Electronic Payments
Should you elect to make a payment into our account by using an electronic funds transfer option from your electronic banking terminal, ATM or telephone banking service, please insert or quote your broker reference number in the appropriate reference field provided by the system or service.
