Please be advised that, to further enhance our efficiency and improve our level of service to customers, our Collectibles team has been consolidated into one unit within our Technical Services Department. This change came into effect on August 1 and will boost our service offering on all fronts. In addition, a designated Collectibles agency code has been allocated to brokers with Collectibles policies in their portfolio. The new agency codes apply only to Collectibles policies. Existing Commercial agency codes will remain in place for all other business.
All quotes, policy amendments, claims, renewals and so on, that have to do with Zurich’s Collectibles policies, will be dealt with directly by either Gary Cross or Masha Brown.
