The campaign that is currently being marketed by our glass suppliers to reduce motor glass costs is receiving wide support including that of our Group Procurement Department. This initiative will be of benefit to both ourselves and, ultimately, our mutual customers.
An historical overview of motor glass payments revealed that as a rule Zurich’s customers, in most instances, replace their windscreens regardless of whether the windscreen is repairable or not.
The benefits of windscreen repair versus windscreen replacement are:
Repair is as good as a replacement
Repair is much quicker
Repair does not involve the payment of an excess
As we are partnering our suppliers in marketing this campaign we would like to share this information with our customers, through you, our broker partners. This would involve distributing both brochures and “plasters” to our mutual clients.
