In an effort to improve our service to you, our personal lines brokers, we have created two e-mail addresses for the submission of underwriting complaints. These addresses are dedicated to the resolution of matters related to Personal Lines Monthly Policies.
Mail will be checked daily and complaints will be assigned to a member of the personal lines team for resolution. Each matter will be tracked by Team Leaders to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately, timeously and that feedback is provided.
