The Directors have declared an interim dividend for 2001 of 250 cents per share
(2000 – 250 cents per share) payable to shareholders registered on 17 August 2001.

The dividend is payable on 21 September 2001 and funds will be transferred electronically to shareholders' bank accounts, or cheques will be posted on or about that date.
