Zurich South Africa appoints new General Counsel and Group Company Secretary
Johannesburg, June 17, 2010 – Zurich South Africa today announced the appointment of George Kostopoulos (41) as its new General Counsel and Group Company Secretary.
George, an admitted attorney, joins Zurich from Chartis South Africa and Chartis Life (formerly AIG) where he held the position of Regional General Counsel and Company Secretary. He holds a BA and a BProc from the Rand Afrikaans University and has a wealth of experience working in a corporate environment.
