Zurich South Africa appoints new Chief Marketing Officer
Johannesburg, March 26, 2010 – Zurich South Africa has appointed Sharon Hough (35) as its new Chief Marketing Officer with immediate effect. She will become a member of the South African Executive Committee, reporting into Guy Munnoch, CEO South Africa and will play a vital role in leading the implementation and delivery of Zurich’s new strategy.
Sharon joined Zurich Financial Services in 1996 and held a number of key roles working directly with the UK Executive Team before moving, in 2008, to become Head of Broker Marketing for UK General Insurance, where she was responsible for marketing and communication activity across a R20bn portfolio.
